Who am I?

Hi! My name is Caroline Schneider. From a young age I had a love for interior design, and I was blessed to grow up helping my dad rennovate properties in my early years. At age 16 I was already working as an administrative assistant in a Real Estate Office, so I guess you can say Real Estate is in my blood. I went on to get a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate and then completed my MBA at the University of Denver. After University, I went on to work for a couple of larger companies working in both Solar and Real Estate Development as a Senior Financial Analyst. I have experience in finanical modeling, analytics, writing highest and best use and feasbility studies, as well as permitting and siting large scale projects. I once managed 150 properties in the downton Denver Area and I have been a licensed realtor for 7 years. Real estate sales aren’t my passion, but I enjoy doing the occasional deal and putting all of my energy and focus into one client at a time.

In 2016 I left the corporate world to have a couple of back surgeries, and that is when I began doing rennovation and landscape projects. I have remodeled about 20 properties over the last 10 years, a few of them which you can view in my gallery. I also started started a successful Airbnb business in 2020, and I went on to purchase a lot of land and build a house from the ground up in Palomino, Colombia which I finished December 2023. Those photos are also in my gallery.

After a few years of traveling quite a bit for different contract jobs and building my house, I have resettled back into the life of being a homebody in home sweet Denver, CO. I even adopted a border collie, and she is the love of my life. While working for myself was fun, I’m craving the routine and challenges of having a full-time career and working with other people every day. I’m a person that needs to stay busy. I realized that I have a passion for construction, remodeling and landscape design, and I am hoping to find a position with a great company in one of those areas or an apprenticeship working under a developer. My other goal is to work on and get my General Contractor license within the next few years, so any experience that would help me work toward this would be great! I’m a very hard worker and a very quick learner. I also speak quite a bit of Spanish!
