I have 7 years of experience renting a successful AirBnB, and I have learned all of the dos and don’ts for renting a furnished vacation rental property. Whether you need help furnishing your home on a budget or setting up your AirBnB website or finding a reliable cleaner, I am here to meet all of you needs!
Home Showings
Thinking of selling or renting your home, but not quite yet ready to commit to a realtor or property manager? There have been some changes to National Real Estate laws that might be of interest to you. Realtors such as myself can now offer services for fixed hourly rates rather than the standard % realtor fee. I can assist to help you get your home ready for showings, list rental properties, screen tenants and show properties. I offer flat fees per showing or a % once the house or apartment is rented.
Home Staging and Interior Design
My modo is why spend a fortune on brand new furniture when there are so many incredible high quality second hand gems being sold on marketplace everyday? Perhaps you are in a time crunch or don’t have the time, so let me do the searching for you. Let’s chat about the project you have in mind and you budget and how I can help you to get it done. I can also pick up and deliver all items. At the end you can keep all of the furniture or sell it back to me at a discounted price.
Landscaping
If you have had any quotes for landscaping, you know that professional landscaping is not cheap. If you have a smaller project that you are hoping to get done without breaking the bank, lets discuss the details. I will let you know if it is within my scope or not. While I always have subcontractors assisting with the labor, I am hands on and present throughout the duration of the project. I also have a truck for picking up and delivering materials.
